Advanced Catching
Ladder drills and dynamic stretches
Partner throws with positioning adjustments / Shot-stopping from various angles
Reactive Ground Starts (Speed) - During warm-up or short bursts. Squat Jump (Power) - Integrate into ladder drills. Band Snatch (Upper Strength) - Post-drill.
Reactive Ground Starts: Start from a ground position (e.g., push-up) and react to a cue by exploding into a sprint.
Squat Jump: Perform a squat, then jump explosively upwards.
Band Snatch: Using a resistance band, perform a quick, explosive pull from the ground to an overhead position.
