Ages 14-19

Advanced Catching & Reflexes

Reaction drills (e.g., ball drops)

Partner throws with quick adjustments / High-pressure shot-stopping

Sled Resisted Sprint (Speed) - Warm-up/Speed drill. Triple Broad Jumps (Power) - Explosive power. Dragon Flags (Trunk) - Advanced core work.

 

  • Sled Resisted Sprint: Sprint while pulling a weighted sled attached to a harness.

  • Broad Jump: Jump forward as far as possible from a standing position.

 

  • Triple Broad Jumps: Perform three consecutive broad jumps.

 

  • Dragon Flags: Lie on your back, hold onto a sturdy object behind your head, and lift your entire body (from shoulders to feet) into a straight line.
