Just4GK Ages 11-14

All goalkeepers, this week we will be focusing on 1v1 techniques and scenarios in which to use them. I am adding a video link to a UGKA zoom that focuses on 1v1's. Please have your goalkeepers watch and be ready to go with answers during the sessions. This is a tough topic for this age as the confidence and bravery needed for 1v1's is only built through trial and error. Goalkeepers need to be able and ready to make mistakes and use those mistakes as learning tools and not memories of failure. Also, please have your goalkeepers study the dynamic war-up. Everyone should have access to it as it is posted in the group.

We’re excited to announce our July GK Spotlight: Sierra Kaspar!

Sierra has been an invaluable member of Just4GK for the past three years. Her dedication and hard work have earned her an invitation to the USDWNT training camp this year—an incredible achievement that highlights her talent and commitment as a goalkeeper. As she heads into her senior year at Brewer High School (Class of 2026), we couldn’t be prouder of her journey and accomplishments. Keep an eye on Sierra—her future is bright!

Exciting news! Our 10-week training program kicks off this coming week, and I can't wait to get started! Be sure to book your sessions to cover all educational areas. Don't forget to secure your spot by noon the day before each session. I've attached the updated program, complete with exercise examples and the Dynamic warm-up that every goalkeeper needs to master. This will be our go-to warm-up at the start of each session. Let's make it an amazing journey together!
