Rescheduling/Canceling Sessions
Parents, please be aware when needing to reschedule sessions. They should be treated like cancelations. 24 hour notice. I have not pushed this, but I still have to pay for the rental if there is a same day reschedule and your kid was the only one scheduled. Cancelations and reschedule need to be at least 24 hours in advance unless there are special circumstances. Then contact me asap. Thank you for understanding and continued support of the Academy.
